The term epigenetic refers to changes in appearance or gene expression caused by mechanisms other than changes in the underlying DNA sequence, hence the name epi- (Greek: over; above) -genetics.

Simply we may inherit a predisposition to a disease or behavior pattern, however genes are covered in a protein sheath that has to be released by an environmental experience, (commonly recognised as STRESS). How will I know If I am hypnotized?
